The main contracting entities in the sector are ONHYM and relevant competent authorities. Common procurement types include geological surveys and sampling, drilling operations, laboratory analysis and testing, drilling rig and spare parts supply, consumables and equipment maintenance, and mine operation and maintenance and site services. Cooperation with foreign enterprises usually involves equipment supply, engineering subcontracting, operation and maintenance services, or consortium bidding.
