In order to continuously deepen economic, trade and cultural exchanges between China and the North Africa region, build a cooperation bridge for two-way connectivity and precise matchmaking, and help Chinese enterprises explore the vast markets of Morocco and North Africa, the China–North Africa Economic and Trade Expo (Morocco Session) Business Matchmaking Conference was successfully held. This grand event brought together elite government and business representatives and high-quality enterprise resources from China and abroad, opening a new chapter in deepening China–Morocco economic and trade cooperation.

This matchmaking conference was grand in scale and rich in high-quality resources. More than fifty leading Chinese enterprises participated as a delegation, covering mineral resources, new energy, medical devices, construction materials, international trade and other key advantageous fields. All member units of the Association for the Economic and Cultural Promotion of Chinese Overseas in Morocco (APECCM) participated throughout and provided full support, helping the event proceed in an orderly and efficient manner. Hussein Moufti, Vice-Mayor of Kénitra and President of the Kénitra and Gharb Regional Economic and Cultural Development Association, attended the event, building a friendly communication link between local government and Chinese enterprises.
At the beginning of the meeting, Zhang Yashan, President of APECCM, delivered a presentation speech, introducing the Association's development mission, organizational structure, service functions and resource advantages from its deep roots in North Africa, and comprehensively interpreting Morocco's overall business environment, industrial layout, policy benefits and market development opportunities. He stated that Morocco has significant geographical advantages, a sound industrial foundation and a high degree of openness, and is a core hub for Chinese enterprises to establish a presence in North Africa and radiate into the African market; APECCM will continue to play its role as a bridge, resource integrator and implementation escort, and make every effort to build a one-stop service platform for government-enterprise communication, supply-demand matchmaking and project implementation.

Subsequently, Hussein Moufti, Vice-Mayor of Kénitra, delivered a presentation address, systematically introducing the city's location, industrial characteristics, infrastructure, investment policies and future development plans, highlighting local development potential in industrial manufacturing, mineral development, new energy, import and export trade and other fields, and welcoming high-quality Chinese enterprises to come to Kénitra and invest.
Witnessed by all participating enterprises, APECCM and the Kénitra and Gharb Regional Economic and Cultural Development Association officially signed a cooperation framework agreement, marking the establishment of a regular, institutionalized and long-term strategic cooperation mechanism between the two sides. Afterwards, the Vice-President of Hunan Convention & Exhibition Group presented APECCM with the title of "Morocco Liaison Office," marking that APECCM has become the Group's official liaison platform for the Moroccan and North African markets.

During the government-enterprise matchmaking Q&A session, participating Chinese enterprises focused on core areas such as mineral resource development, new energy industry layout, import and export of medical devices, implementation of construction materials, and cross-border trade cooperation, and actively asked questions on key issues including Morocco's investment policies, market access standards, business environment, tax and fee policies, practical procedures for project implementation, and market operation rules. Vice-Mayor Hussein Moufti and heads of the relevant member units of APECCM answered each question in detail and shared practical experience based on real implementation cases.

This China–North Africa Economic and Trade Expo (Morocco Session) Business Matchmaking Conference effectively broke down barriers in China–Morocco government-enterprise communication, precisely linked supply and demand resources between China and abroad, and solidified the foundation for two-way cooperation. In the future, APECCM will continue to leverage its advantages in overseas Chinese resources, platform strengths and local services, regularly carry out government-enterprise matchmaking, supply-demand matching, implementation support, resource sharing and other services, helping more Chinese enterprises deepen their presence in North Africa and continuously advancing China–Morocco economic, trade and cultural exchanges in a deeper and more substantive manner.
