  • Customs: the ministry’s official "Politique Mobilité Électrique" document states that the import duty is reduced to 2.5%, with luxury tax and vignette exemptions; the ADIL new-vehicle page shows DI 2.5%.
  • VAT and purchase incentives: official Chinese sources (economic service, June 2025) and mainstream media indicate VAT exemption and purchase subsidies (about USD 5,000 for individuals, USD 10,000 for companies).
  • Tariff check: position 8703.80.90.10 returns only a luxury-tax table in ADIL, with no DI line — DI/VAT values must be confirmed via the ADII simulator or the customs office.
  • Documentation gap: the finance-law article numbers (Bulletin officiel) granting these advantages have not been obtained; verify in the official gazette before any quotation or signature.
  • Second-hand EVs and charging: the official document remains at the recommendation stage; the current framework applies.
